Tom had over 28 years of practical insurance experience. Starting out as an independent P&C agent, Tom built his agency from scratch to 2200 clients in just 2 years. Tom entered the life business in 1981 with universal life (UL). He used his product and concept expertise to help agents increase their income for 20 years. He started General Agents Insurance Network (GAIN) with his wife, who is now our principal, Varsha Grogan.
