Tom had over 28 years of practical insurance experience. Starting out as an independent P&C agent, Tom built his agency from scratch to 2200 clients in just 2 years. Tom entered the life business in 1981 with universal life (UL). He used his product and concept expertise to help agents increase their income for 20 years. He started General Agents Insurance Network (GAIN) with wife, Varsha Grogan.

Varsha has been in the life insurance brokerage business since August 1992. She has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. With Tom's mentoring, she can help with policy design and or various concepts like split annuities, estate maximization, annuity maximization etc. She can help you find the right product for your clients and maximize your compensation while you help your clients achieve their financial goals.
